         We curate a collection of pre-loved, vintage designer bags that are more than just accessories—they are pieces of history. Each bag has its own story and charm, making it truly one of a kind.

    2. Are the products authentic?

         Yes, 100% authentic. We carefully verify the authenticity of every designer item we sell.  We make checks for specific brand details, serial numbers, and hallmarks to ensure you’re getting a genuine product. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.

     

    3. Do you collaborate with other communities or organizations?

         We’re proud to be part of a vibrant network of vintage enthusiasts and restoration experts. Along our journey, we’ve learned from and engaged with communities like My Vintage Coach Cult, The Purse Cult, Vintage Coach Authentication and Rehab, and Coach Counterfeiters. These groups have helped us deepen our knowledge of vintage restoration, authentication, and sustainable fashion.

    4. How do you describe the condition of each item?

         Every product is thoroughly inspected, and we provide a detailed description of:
         • Overall condition (e.g., good, very good, excellent).
         • Any noticeable flaws, such as scratches, stains, or discoloration.
         • Any restoration or cleaning work performed on the item.
    5. Are the blemishes or signs of wear clearly shown in product photos?
         Yes!  We provide high-quality photos of each product, showcasing all angles, including any noticeable blemishes or signs of wear. We want you to feel confident about your purchase, knowing exactly what to expect.

    6. Can I request additional photos of a product before purchasing?
         Absolutely! If you need more details or angles, feel free to contact us using our contact form, or internal inbox, and we’ll happily provide additional photos or information.

    7. Do you repair or restore bags with blemishes?
         Yes, we carefully clean, condition, and restore all our products using professional techniques. However, we avoid over-restoring to preserve the bag’s originality and vintage appeal; we don't dye the bags.
         

    8. Can I return a product if I don’t like how it looks once arrive?

         Due to the, vintage nature of our products, we don’t offer returns. Each item is carefully inspected and presented with detailed descriptions and photos to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting.     9. Will blemishes or wear get worse over time?
         Proper care ensures that any existing wear won’t worsen. We will provide maintenance tips for every product to help you preserve its quality for years to come, in our blog soon.

     

    10. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

         Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding internationally soon! Please follow us on social media or sign up for our email updates on our site to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
